Refund Policy

At Slowloop String Bracelet, every piece is lovingly hand-woven to order. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and we want you to love what you receive.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and undamaged
In their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at sarkarhassan599@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Custom & Personalized Orders

As each bracelet is hand-woven to your chosen size, custom-sized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
